1. About us

This website is operated by BlueHulk Dynasty Ltd, a supplier of cosmetics, beauty and personal-care products for retail and wholesale customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond.

2. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros and, where applicable, include VAT. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Mollie), supporting iDEAL, cards and other listed methods. Wholesale pricing and minimum-order requirements apply to approved business accounts.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

Your rights to cancel and return are set out on our Cancellation & Return page. For hygiene reasons, certain opened cosmetic products may not be eligible for return.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Products are supplied for their intended use; always follow the usage guidance on the packaging.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. These are draft terms and should be reviewed by the business owner before launch.
