Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU distance-selling rules.
Returns
To return an item, contact us at c.e.o@bluehulkdynastyltd.com with your order number. Items should be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Hygiene exception
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, perfumes and personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
